By using Glimmer (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Glimmer is a daily micro-exploration app that helps users cultivate mindful observation habits and optionally share their experiences with a community.

You must provide accurate and complete information to create an account, and you are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials (password, etc.) secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post any unlawful, infringing, harassing, or hateful content.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Disrupt, interfere with, or overload the Service in any way.
• Access the Service through automated means (scrapers, bots, etc.).

You own the content you post (text, images, videos, audio). By posting, you grant Glimmer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service.

You may delete your posts at any time. Glimmer reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Glimmer's trademarks, design, interface, and source code are owned by Ideal Labs and protected by copyright law. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Glimmer does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glimmer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
